Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on cosmetic, personal care items & digital medias & services.
Returns must be made in writing directly to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of delivery date quoting order number and reasons.
No returns are acceptable without DAMED prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
The Refund Policy previous stated applies to all Photoshoot packages and services purchased through Get Damed & via using Afterpay.
Your Photoshoot or service payment is non refundable if you cancel less than 7 days before or do not show up to your appointment. You will not receive a refund if you are dissatisfied with the photoshoot experience or results after it’s full completion. Mad Dame & Get Damed reserves the right to cancel and reschedule bookings. Full refund is issued upon Mad Dame Cancellation.
You can request to reschedule an appointment, only once, after multiple rescheduling and cancelling will not incur a refund.
Items that arrive damaged, or are incorrectly supplied, are eligible for refund or exchange.
Please advise us immediately within 7 days of incorrectly supplied, or damaged goods.
If the fault is visible, you must provide a photograph.
Visual packing damage on arrival of receiving goods should be noted on the consignment when you sign for your goods by the delivery driver when optional.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will not exchange your items if you change your mind or product didn’t meet your expectations.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not offer a refund on any item over 7 days after purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
